MENOPAUSE WITH PEACE OF MIND

Menopause is a natural phenomenon that generally takes place at about 50 years old. It marks the end of the fertility phase, which starts at puberty, in women.

At menopause, the ovaries stop producing sex hormones (oestrogens and progesterone), ovulation no longer takes place and menstruation stops.

Menopause does not occur suddenly, but after a transient period which may last between 2 and 7 years, called pre-menopause. During this period, ovulation and menstruation become irregular and hormone levels can vary significantly: periods of excess hormone levels alternate with other periods in which the hormones are low. The low hormone level periods become more and more frequent, up to menopause.

This process is often accompanied of unpleasant symptoms, of variable intensity depending on the women: hot flushes, mood disorders, sleeping disorders, reduced libido, weight gain, osteoporosis, etc..

Menalya is a dietary supplement which helps to relieve the undesirable effects of menopause.
